King W. Gillespie is the owner and chief executive officer of The Endeavour Group. Colonel Gillespie, USAF (Ret.) established Endeavour as a Washington DC-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in 2011.

With over 30 years of commercial, government and military experience, Mr. Gillespie has been a lifelong champion of strategic planning and organizational development. He has decisively-positioned a number of companies and government entities for the next generation of growth and success.

His most recent government assignments include serving as a Senior Analyst for the congressionally enacted National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force. He was also the first Chief, Strategy and Performance at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). King’s commercial experience includes over ten years working for Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, and Xerox. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University.
